How does it work?
You choose which of the elements you are interested in below, or several if you prefer. Or you give us a call or email, and tell us what you are looking for and we will see how we can help you. We also do general maintenance
What we don't do?
Permaculture ethics and principles under pin the work we do in your garden, caring for you, your garden and the environment. We take into account your needs but also what the soil and wildlife need. Please don't ask us to use chemicals because we don't. We prefer not to dig or cut trees out of season, but our Thoughtful Gardening practices mean we make the best judgement we can if any of this is necessary.
We encourage the use of organic materials or plants, grown in the garden, to help build fertility and which support wildlife. This also reduces the need to buy in compost or soil amendments. We can help you to build, or maintain the fertility in your garden.

We aren't landscapers but instead we are landshapers. Using permaculture design, we use the natural patterns of nature to create and maintain gardens. We do however employ local, independent contractors for hard landscaping work. Please see our consultancy page for more details on our design service.
What else do you need to know?
We think it's important to say we are DBS and safeguarding checked, and that we work with private or corporate clients. We do one off gardening jobs or regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits.
Wyld Gardens
With over a decade of experience in permaculture theory and design, we create gardens with wildlife in mind, and add a little something more for humans. Please ask for details when booking.
Welcome to Wyld Edges' regenerative gardening. Volunteering opportunities available.
At present we do not take away garden waste, instead we encourage composting where possible. We aim to help you make your garden either a wildlife habitat, edible space, or a little of both. We can help you with this.

Testimonials
"They were a pleasure to work with, very professional and friendly. I had a detailed quote and price very reasonable. I had lots of jobs that needed doing and they cleared/sorted everything I asked for. Talked to me throughout process to agree actions. Turned up on time and worked really hard. Fruit trees I no longer wanted went to their Community Garden. I'm really happy that they were kept and not composted. I'm so pleased with my garden now, it looks so much nicer and I can't wait to get out there in the spring to start planting round pond and planters. They also came back to plant ferns they sourced for me and cleaned mossy damp pathway, no harsh chemicals used, only natural. I feel so much better now that its done. I liked that this also supported a Community Garden. I would not hesitate to recommend them." Gill, Hertfordshire

"Extremely well qualified, they go further than the extra mile. Provide excellent professional advice. Flexible in their approach. We feel that we have been very lucky to have been introduced to them, definitely due the "Gardening Crown". Highly recommend them." Bill, Hertfordshire (My Job Quote review)
